Attention Before Make a New Order
For Shipping:
We need 3-5 days to prepare for every order
1. 7-12 days for standard shipping
2. 3-5 days for express shipping
Please take your time and place an order according to your needs
When Order Completed:
Leave a message or send to our email service@kidshoo.com if you have any problems for your new order.
1. The coupon is not used.
2. Change the order information.
Please express clearly the questions which you need to change about the size, color and address. After we check the email, will change them at first and send you a confirm email.
For Out Stock Items:
We need 3-5 days to prepare for every order, if there is the out stock item, we will send two emails to notify out of stock to your order email address. And the reply we don't receive from you in 3 days, the order will be cancelled, it will take 3-5 days refunded to your payment account.
Cancel Order:
1. Before Shipment: Contact us with email and the cancel reason, will cancel the ordr and the refund need 3-5 days to your payment account.
2. After Shipment: The order has been packaged, it shipped out to the logistics company, they will pack them and get on the plane, so it can't be cancelled.
Package Receipt:
The package shows receipt, the package shipping process is over. If you don't receive, you can contact us and we will give you the contact details.
Refund
After make a new order, we need 3-5 days to prepare for every order, if the items are in stock, it will be dispatched that day.
1. Contact us to cancel before the order dispatch
The order will be cancelled and the refund will take 3-7 days refund to your paypment account
2. Contact us to cancel after the order dispatch
Sorry the package has been shipped out, since the peak season the logistics company staff pack them to the box for airplane
3. The package delivered, but the customer don't receive
First you can conatct us for help and post office contact information. If you don't need the package, you need to complaint the post office and they will give you the case number, then we can refund the order
4. Signing failure due to the customer's wrong address or the customer's own problem
When the package return to the overseas warehouse, we will pay the redeliver cost and the logistics company will resend to your new correct address.
5. Refuse packge
The customer cannot reject the package for any reason, otherwise the order fee will not be refunded to you.
