If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please send your request to our customer service team by email service@kidshoo.com, and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.
If you need to exchange or return the goods, please confirm with us by email first. We'll give you the warehouse address.
Online purchases made through the site are valid for exchange, or refund within 30 days after you receive the package. We'll glad to accept unworn, unwashed, and undefective merchandise purchased on KidsHoo.com for return.
After the customer sends the email and gets our confirmation. Customers can return the item within 1 month of receipt.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, accessories (except scarves, bags, and blankets). And please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Kidshoo.com, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the product page.
1 After 24 hours of payment, the order cannot be canceled .
You can contact us within 24 hours to cancel the order, otherwise 10% service
fee will be charged. (Since we have already started processing your order ).

2 Please don't return to the address on the package, it is not our address and we can't receive it. You can contact our email seivice@kidshoo.com for a correct return address, after we receive it we can refund you, otherwise we cannot carry out refund system operation. The return fee is around $10-$30 (The specific price is based on the weight of the package and the address of the customer). If you don't like for personal reasons, the shipping and freight insurance can not be refunded.
3 If the customer writes the wrong collection address and
selects the wrong product size or color, we can't refund it if we have shipped
it.
If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an return or a refund for you. We are here to help! Please feel free to submit a ticket if you have any issue with your order! The refund will be issued to your original payment account per your request.
Compensation time-frame
For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-7 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:
Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours.
Wallet refunds: Up to 24 hours.

If the quality problem of our goods or the wrong goods, we will pay the return shipping fee.
